Delete your BiteSmart account
App BiteSmart, developer BSMP Platforms OÜ.
Fastest way: open the BiteSmart app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. The account is closed immediately.
If you no longer have the app installed
Send a deletion request by email to privacy@bitesmart.eu. Include the email address the account was created with. We verify your identity and delete the account within 30 days.

- Account and login credentials
- Email address and name
- Food profile: allergens, intolerances, exclusions, favourites, calorie goal
- Carts and shopping lists
- All usage events linked to you
What is retained
- Accounting records where the law requires them, for example purchase invoices. The retention period follows Estonian accounting law.
Deletion is final and irreversible. A deleted account and its data cannot be restored.
If you only want part of your data removed
You can delete just the food profile without closing your account. It is in the app settings. You can also write to privacy@bitesmart.eu for help.
